These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Musci.io, an AI music generation platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Musci.io provides AI-powered text-to-music generation services. Our platform allows you to create AI-generated songs, instrumentals, and audio assets from text prompts, and offers related creative tools including AI song covers, voice cloning, and photo animation, for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Musci.io is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet. Access to paid features is provisioned immediately after payment is confirmed. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the specific limitations described in the Refund Policy section below.
- You must create an account to use Musci.io services
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- Musci.io operates on a credit-based system for AI music generation
- Credits are consumed when you generate music
- Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
- Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy section of these Terms
- Price changes will be communicated in advance
- Lifetime plans provide ongoing access to Musci.io services
- Monthly credit allocations apply to lifetime plans
- Lifetime access is subject to the continued operation of the service
Because Musci.io delivers digital services that are provisioned immediately after payment, fees are generally non-refundable, except in the situations described below.
- 7-day guarantee for first-time subscribers: If this is your first subscription to Musci.io, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge, provided you have used less than 20% of the plan's monthly credit allocation.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: Charges caused by a billing error, including duplicate charges, are refunded in full.
- Verified service outage: If a service outage caused by us lasts longer than 72 hours, you may request a prorated refund or an equivalent extension of your subscription.
- Statutory rights: Where applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal or refund (for example, the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU and UK), those rights are preserved.
- Annual subscription fees are not refundable more than 30 days after the initial purchase, except in the situations listed above.
- A credit package that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
- Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.
- Purchased credit packages are one-time transactions and do not renew automatically.
Send your request to [email protected] from your registered email address, including the transaction ID and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5â10 business days.
- Fees for billing periods in which the service has already been used, except as provided above
- Credits that have expired
- Fees paid by accounts terminated for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- You retain ownership of the text prompts you provide
- You own the AI-generated music created through your account
- You grant Musci.io a license to process your prompts for music generation
- Music generated with Musci.io can be used commercially
- No watermarks are added to generated audio exports
- No attribution to Musci.io is required for commercial use
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Before owner downloads and future distribution workflows, Musci.io may require a license and rights declaration
- You must confirm that you own or have licenses for all audio, lyrics, samples, stems, prompts, and other inputs you contributed
- You must confirm that the track does not contain unauthorized samples, melodies, recordings, copyrighted material, or unauthorized voice impersonation
- You must disclose AI-assisted creation when a DSP, platform, law, partner, or contract requires it
- You may not submit duplicate, misleading, bulk, or spam-like releases
- You accept that Musci.io may hold releases for manual review or remove content if rights evidence is missing
Musci.io license receipts are platform policy records. They are not copyright registrations, government certificates, assignments of third-party rights, or guarantees that a distributor, DSP, social platform, court, or rights organization will accept a track.
Your use of Musci.io is also governed by our AI Music Policy, Copyright Policy, and DMCA Policy. If there is a conflict between a specific policy and these Terms, Musci.io may apply the stricter rule to protect users, rights holders, distribution partners, and the platform.
- You may not use Musci.io to generate content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Depicts real individuals without their consent
- Clones, imitates, or impersonates a real person without permission
- Is intended to deceive or defraud others
- Is intended for copyright spam, streaming fraud, or misleading bulk release
- Violates our Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to all content created, uploaded, or shared through Musci.io, including text prompts and lyrics, generated music and vocals, cloned voices, and animated photo and video outputs.
You may not use Musci.io to generate, upload, or distribute:
- Sexual or NSFW content, including pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Violent or gory content that glorifies, incites, or graphically depicts violence
- Hate speech, including content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, or that incites genocide or ethnic hatred
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors â we apply zero tolerance: such content is removed immediately and may be reported to law enforcement
- Deepfakes or impersonation, including cloning or imitating a real person's voice, image, name, persona, or likeness without their permission, and any non-consensual synthetic sexual content depicting real individuals
- Copyright- or trademark-infringing content, including unauthorized samples, melodies, recordings, or lyrics
- Content that promotes terrorism or extremism, facilitates illegal activity, or is intended to deceive or defraud others
You additionally agree not to:
- Use Musci.io for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or prompt with copyrighted lyrics, recordings, samples, stems, melodies, or covers unless you have the rights required for your intended use
- Register generated tracks with Content ID or similar exclusive rights systems unless you have the rights needed to control those claims
- Submit duplicate, misleading, bulk, or spam-like releases
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
- Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or content safety filters
- Resell access to Musci.io without authorization
- Use automated systems to abuse our services
- Interfere with the operation of our platform
- Prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs are screened by automated safety filters in our AI generation pipeline.
- Content flagged by automated systems or reported by users is manually reviewed by our team.
- Based on review outcomes, we may block prompts, refuse generation requests, remove content, restrict downloads or sharing, and suspend accounts.
If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Content Report", or through our contact form. Please include a link to or identifier of the content, the violation category, and a brief description. For copyright infringement, use the process described in our DMCA Policy.
- We keep the reporter's identity confidential.
- We acknowledge reports within 2 business days; reports involving child safety or terrorism are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours.
- Knowingly false or abusive reports are recorded and may lead to action against the reporting account.
Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Written warning with a request to remove or modify the content
- Removal of the violating content
- Restriction of features or generation limits
- Temporary account suspension pending review
- Permanent account termination
Zero-tolerance violations (CSAM, terrorism-related content, non-consensual sexual deepfakes) result in immediate permanent termination and, where required by law, a report to the relevant authorities. Fees paid by accounts terminated for violations are non-refundable, as described in the Refund Policy.
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 14 days by contacting [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed by a team member not involved in the original decision.
Musci.io respects intellectual property rights. Copyright owners can submit takedown notices through our DMCA Policy. Users may submit counter-notices if they believe a removal was caused by mistake or misidentification.
We may remove content, restrict downloads, suspend release workflows, or terminate repeat infringer accounts.
- Musci.io and its AI models are our proprietary technology
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or technology
- Musci.io is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- Musci.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for content you create using our service
- You may terminate your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to generated audio files may be revoked
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Musci.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Musci.io operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
