- Credits are consumed when you generate music

- Lifetime plans provide ongoing access to Musci.io services
- Monthly credit allocations apply to lifetime plans
- Lifetime access is subject to the continued operation of the service
- You retain ownership of the text prompts you provide
- You own the AI-generated music created through your account
- You grant Musci.io a license to process your prompts for music generation
- Music generated with Musci.io can be used commercially
- No watermarks are added to generated audio exports
- No attribution to Musci.io is required for commercial use
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- You may not use Musci.io to generate content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Depicts real individuals without their consent
- Is intended to deceive or defraud others
- Violates our Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use Musci.io for any unlawful purpose
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Create deepfakes or misleading media of real individuals
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
- Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
- Resell access to Musci.io without authorization
- Use automated systems to abuse our services
- Interfere with the operation of our platform
- Musci.io and its AI models are our proprietary technology
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or technology
- Musci.io is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- Musci.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for content you create using our service

- Upon termination, your access to generated audio files may be revoked
