Takedown Notice Requirements

To help us review your claim, include the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the Musci.io content you claim is infringing, including URLs, task IDs, track titles, receipt IDs, or other details that let us find it.
Your name, company name if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may delay review.

What We May Do

After receiving a valid notice, Musci.io may:

Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the user who uploaded or generated the content.
Preserve records needed for review, safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Suspend downloads, public sharing, release workflows, promotion, or distribution workflows.
Terminate repeat infringer accounts.

Counter-Notice Requirements

If your content was removed or restricted and you believe the complaint was mistaken or misidentified the material, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice - Musci.io.

Include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the content removed or restricted and where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the claimant or the claimant's agent, if applicable.

Restoration

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original claimant. We may restore the content if the claimant does not notify us within the required period that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.

Misuse

Submitting false, misleading, or abusive takedown notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. Musci.io may reject abusive notices, suspend accounts involved in abuse, and take steps to protect users and rights holders.

Repeat Infringers

Musci.io may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit content with unresolved copyright risk. We may also limit account features, downloads, public sharing, or release workflows.
